Robots 02:47
Robots Starting the assembling line, Carbon copy clones regularly stepping in time, Never you mind why there blind With a mind full of cash, Carefully programmed, never likely to crash... Separated into fighter and the lover... The fighter is provided with the right to end the life of any other And his weapon is a rhyme, crime, physical prime, Hot wired to fire a lie, supply it any time To the kids who will buy it - copy and paste A virus of the violence that you gotta embrace... Now discover that the lover is the opposite case Given a comb to calm anything not in its place, Image is everything, and lyrics are a deadly thing A cloak of fiction, fitting like a second skin... Singing that he saw you in his dreams But never trust a man with a voice of a machine... Its the robots, automatic and cold, Mechanical or manual attacking your soul Robots, with a chip in their brain I know you know them all but by a different name. Robots, like you see on television, Hearing on the radio and so I never listen... Robots, everywhere that we glance... Switch it off, shut it down to be in with a chance. I'm in the manufacturing plant Shackled up and breaking out I haven't actually planned. WIth a fraction of a second to be making a choice, If I don't escape I know it's true their taking my voice And replacing my heart, with a cash machine Telling me to be a playing a part like an actors scene, So I broke free, and ran to find a microphone, I'm the kind of rapper, they never should have tried to clone, I'm alone, presently a mission on my hands, Waking up the clones who efficiently advance On conveyer belts, heading straight to the prison yard.. They were lured into the factory promised a business card. I sprinted hard, searching quick for the control room I rhymed to the security, they told me I could go through Opened the door, you know what I saw? Naked women, money and guns all over the floor For the industry, it's a devilish holy trinity I thought it was the moment to show my own ability, I flicked on the intercom, started to a kick a song I played this, don't you agree it was a fitting one? I was watching on the camera's The robots listening and leaving their parameters Then opening their eyes, taking off the chains Throwing off the lies, waking up their brains... Rhyming with emotion, life and devotion Poetry flowing like the tides of the ocean Over the streets that echo with no shots, Be creators, and never be robots...
